- All requests for exchanges and return must be made within 7 days after receiving the package. Please be adviced that in case of home appliances, exchange and return cannot be proceeded if package opened or the value of the goods is decreased.
- Package can be returned within 3 months from the date of receipt or within 30 days from the date on which recognized that the contents of goods differ from the advertisement.
Unacceptable Exchange/ Return
- The goods delivered is lost or damaged with the responsibility of the customers. Exception for the damage on packaging for checking the contents in the box.
- The package is damaged or the value of the goods is decreased. Ex) Exchange or Returns of home appliances, foods, record and defective pixel in devices with LCD such as notebook, monitor, digital camera follows manufacturers' regulation.
- The value of the goods is significantly decreased due to the use or consumption by the customers.
- The value of the goods is significantly decreased thus not available for re-sale due to the lapse of time.
- The packaging is damaged, if the goods may be reproduced to the goods showing the same performance. (Please contact us by call center 1:1 or E-mail for more detail)
※ In case of exchange or return due to change of mind, returning shipping cost will be responsible of the customer. (Including the exchange of size and color)
- Refund will be made within 3 business days after checking the returned products.
- Credit card authorization will be cancelled in case of Credit card payment. (Please be adviced that payment can be proceeded on your monthly billing day and refund amount will be proceeded in the next billing month)
